This facial includes everything in the Ayurvedic 75 minute facial with the addition of a Ayurvedic face lifting massage, Kansa Wand or LED light treatment. This treatment helps to stimulate muscle tone, reduce inflammation, fine lines, face & jaw tension.

Celluma Light Emitting Diode phototherapy is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. Phototherapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, kill acne bacteria, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone, texture & clarity. Heidi will provide a sounds with singing bowls, chimes & tuning forks while you receive the benefits of the light therapy.

From the roots of Ayurveda, Heidi will create an asana, pranayama and meditation practice to fulfill your specific needs, goals and constitution. In addition mobility and strength work will be incorporated into the movement session.
